Job Description

Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Palarivattam, Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Role Overview:

Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our fast-paced and growing sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing both academic guidance and tailored educational solutions. This role blends sales with student counselling, helping families make informed decisions about their academic futures while driving enrolment for our learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from the company’s lead database.
  • Understand the academic goals, interests, and challenges of each student to recommend suitable Xylem Learning courses.
  • Clearly explain course content, curriculum structure, fees, benefits, and schedules to prospects.
  • Provide sincere, empathetic, and solution-based academic counselling to build lasting relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets by effectively converting leads into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with academic and marketing teams to stay informed about current programs, offers, and campaigns.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective students to drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, educational counselling, or EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malayalam.
  • Active listening and strong persuasion abilities.
  • Quick rapport-building and consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and call logging is a plus.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and performance)
  • Performance Bonus: Incentives linked to enrolment targets
