Telesales Executive

Position: Telecollection and Telesales Executive Location: Mumbai (Ghansoli / Mahape / Airoli) Industry: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Job Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals for Telecollection and Telesales roles at our Mumbai offices (Ghansoli, Mahape, Airoli). Roles & Responsibilities: Telecollection Executive: Make outbound calls to customers for EMI collections. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records. Handle objections and ensure timely resolution of queries. Update payment status and escalate issues when necessary. Telesales Executive: Reach out to potential customers to promote and sell financial products. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationship management. Qualifications: Education: Graduate freshers are welcome. 12th pass candidates with telecalling experience will be preferred.
