Job Title: IT Application Support -Finnone Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3–9 Years Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – IT Application Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FinnOne (CAS, LMS, Collection, MCollect App) and will provide end-to-end application support, troubleshooting, and system enhancement in a BFSI environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for core lending applications including FinnOne and DMS . Handle UAT testing , new requirement implementation, and configuration tasks such as GL creation, charge/accounting templates, and product/scheme setup . Troubleshoot application issues using a ticketing system and ensure high availability of business-critical applications. Support business users across branches and Head Office . Coordinate with vendors for application support and upgrades. Manage integration with third-party systems such as NSEL, Shubh-FTR, and DMS . Continuously optimize and improve support processes. Required Competencies: Technical Skills: SQL queries, Excel, MIS report generation Functional Skills: Application support, user management, change management Soft Skills: Excellent communication, training capability, team coordination Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi and regional languages (preferred) Preferred Background: Experience in BFSI domain Prior exposure to FinnOne application modules Graduate in IT/Computer Science or relevant technical discipline Regards, Team HR Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC and Notice Period?
