Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating and following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve engaging with potential clients over calls, promoting our products and services, and supporting the sales process to achieve business growth. The candidate will also collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales within the machinery or engineering sector is a plus.
