The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating and following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve engaging with potential clients over calls, promoting our products and services, and supporting the sales process to achieve business growth. The candidate will also collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to address client inquiries and issues effectively. Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert prospective customers. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and basic computer applications. Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
