We help businesses streamline their accounting and operations using trusted software solutions.Job Summary:We are hiring a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our Tally-based solutions, and converting inquiries into successful sales.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding Tally products and services.Promote and explain Tally licenses, TSS renewals, upgrades, and related offerings.Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospective customers.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Keep CRM records updated with call logs, client details, and status updates.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and service delivery.Requirements:Prior telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in software or IT products.Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.Confidence in explaining technical products in a simple, convincing way.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.Perks:Fixed salary ₹10,000+ with an attractive incentive structure.Opportunity to grow in a reputed Tally-certified organization.On-the-job training for Tally products and sales techniques.
