Position:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

  • Clearly explain product features and benefits

  • Follow up on leads and close sales

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Coordinate with marketing and support teams

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in inside sales or telesales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude

  • Quick learner with a good understanding of products

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

  • Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage

  • Immediate joiners preferred
