About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering the right solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and other channelsUnderstand customer requirements and provide tailored solutionsExplain product features and benefits clearlyFollow up on leads and convert them into successful salesMaintain accurate records in CRMMeet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsCoordinate with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales or telesalesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong persuasion and follow-up abilitiesResilient, self-motivated, and target-orientedFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plusKnowledge of multiple languages is an advantageImmediate joiners preferred
