Ltd. is a fast-growing EdTech company that empowers teachers and coaching institutes to launch their own branded educational mobile apps. We help educators go digital with powerful features like Live Class, Video Class, PDF Notes, Mock Tests, and OMR Scanning, all under their own name and branding. Our mission is to make every teacher a brand of their own — with complete control over revenue, data, and growth. Position OverviewWe are looking for energetic and confident Sales Telecallers who can effectively connect with teachers, institutes, and educators across India. Your primary goal will be to explain our app solutions, convert leads into clients, and help them understand how Teach Mania can transform their teaching business. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads (teachers, institutes, and coaching owners). Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively. Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in Google Sheets/CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream). Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English or regional languages is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
