Position Overview: We are looking for a confident and dedicated Tele Sales & Lead Conversion Executive (Female) to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calling, lead nurturing, and client coordination. She must be proactive in identifying potential customers, engaging them professionally, and converting leads into active business prospects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our client database. Search and identify relevant consultants and distributors across India. Gather data from online platforms and sources to identify new leads. Maintain and organize lead data and client responses efficiently. Explain product offerings and services clearly and professionally. Do regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy lead pipeline. Share marketing content and brochures through WhatsApp and email. Keep records of calls, responses, and lead progress. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for converting leads. Maintain detailed call logs and update reports on daily activities. Required Skills & Criteria: Female candidates only. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling. Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Knowledge of MS Excel, basic reporting, and email communication. Strong work ethic, good presentation, and responsible attitude. Basic knowledge of using phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
