As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our skin and hair treatment services, and converting leads into appointments. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and increasing the clinic's client base. Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Contact potential customers through outbound calls. Generate leads and convert them into appointments for skin and hair treatments. Provide information about the clinic's services and answer customer inquiries. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain a high conversion rate of leads into appointments. Customer Handling: Build positive relationships with customers. Handle customer queries and provide them with appropriate information. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Work towards increasing the clinic's revenue through effective telesales. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, customer details, and appointments. Use the clinic's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage leads and appointments. Coordination with the Team: Work closely with the front desk and clinic team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling. Provide feedback from customers to improve services. Skills Required:Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi/English (or local language). Persuasive and Convincing Skills to convert leads into customers. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Good knowledge of skin and hair treatments (Training will be provided). Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM software. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferable in healthcare/beauty/cosmetic industry).
