Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of introducing our products or services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.Pitching and Closing: Present our products or services persuasively and close sales over the phone. Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
