With 10+ years of experience and 1000+ successful projects delivered across industries, we are now expanding our operations team.We are looking for motivated Telecallers to join our Patna office and help us connect with clients, leads, and customers effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and leads.Explain Shish Technology’s products and services in a clear, professional manner.Handle inbound queries with patience and provide accurate information.Maintain call records and update lead details in CRM/Excel.Follow up with clients/customers to ensure closures and conversions.Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.Required SkillsStrong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Sales, convincing, and negotiation skills will be an advantage.EligibilityEducation: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support is an advantage.
