About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our wealth management team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over calls, understand their financial needs, and suggest suitable financial products such as health/life insurance, Demat accounts, mutual funds, and other investment options. Working Details: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (General Shift) Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi Job Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients via phone to explain and promote wealth management financial products including health insurance, life insurance, Demat accounts, mutual funds, etc. Understand clients financial goals and recommend appropriate investment and insurance products. Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms clearly and accurately. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Keep abreast of the latest market trends and product updates. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Qualifications & Experience: Graduation in any stream. Freshers are welcome to apply. Skills & Attributes: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
