Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & ProspectingMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases, inbound inquiries, and self-generated leads. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and location preferences. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer details and lead status. 2. Customer Engagement & Follow-upsEducate prospective buyers about available properties, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits. Handle customer objections and provide relevant information to assist in decision-making. Schedule site visits and ensure smooth coordination with the field sales team. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversion. 3. Sales Conversion & Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers. Convert inquiries into bookings by offering suitable property options and assisting in negotiations. 4. Relationship Building & Customer SupportBuild strong relationships with potential buyers to gain trust and referrals. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally. Provide post-sales assistance and ensure a smooth transaction process. 5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily call logs and lead status reports. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on call performance and lead progress. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions. Key Skills & Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field (Real Estate or Sales background preferred). ✔ 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance. ✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil & English (additional languages are a plus). ✔ Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. ✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp communication. ✔ Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
