Required Skills & Qualifications:✔️ Experience in Real Estate or Sales (preferred). ✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills. ✔️ Ability to work on-field and travel within Coimbatore. ✔️ Good understanding of real estate documentation and market trends. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent in client relationship management. ✔️ Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital property platforms. ✔️ Two-wheeler & valid driving license (preferred). Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on call performance and lead progress. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions. Key Skills & Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field (Real Estate or Sales background preferred). ✔ 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance. ✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil & English (additional languages are a plus). ✔ Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. ✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp communication. ✔ Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
