Telesales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching real estate properties, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with potential buyers and investors. Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead Generation & Follow-up: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database. Follow up with leads generated through online/offline campaigns. ✅ Sales & Client Handling: Explain property details, benefits, and investment potential to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options. Fix appointments for site visits with the field sales team. Maintain a professional and persuasive approach in client conversations. ✅ CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Update the sales pipeline and follow up on pending leads. Prepare and share daily call reports with the sales manager. ✅ Target Achievement & Coordination: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client visits and deal closures. Stay updated with market trends and property listings. Skills & Qualifications:✔️ Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (real estate experience is a plus). ✔️ Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil & English (other languages are a plus). ✔️ Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. ✔️ Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and lead tracking. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales calls.
