Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects through effective telecalling techniques.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Telesales Executive position should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of

  1 to 3 years

  of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
