We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
