Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telecalling and Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products, understand their needs, and ultimately convert them into paying customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a strong understanding of our products and target market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and networking.
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, explain their benefits, and answer their queries.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and tailor product presentations to address their specific needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and build relationships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, lead generation activities, and other key metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field - e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, etc. is preferred.
  • Experience: Preferred experience level 1-2 years or more in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi languages.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Education or Toy industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
