Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Prayagraj. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and explaining our products and services. Other tasks include answering inquiries, maintaining client records, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also provide exceptional customer service and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and telecalling
Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
Experience in digital marketing or IT solutions is a plus
