Job Description

confident and professional Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Explain property features, pricing, and location benefits clearly.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Follow up with interested clients to build engagement and trust.
Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional languages are a plus).
Active listening and understanding of client needs.
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
Professional, proactive, and self-motivated mindset.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Prior experience in
real estate, sales, or customer service
is a plus but not mandatory.
