Job Description

Job Summary:

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor resources, materials, and equipment usage.
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Report project progress to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong civil engineering knowledge (structural, materials, construction methods)
Ability to read and interpret drawings and site plans
Project management and coordination skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Attention to detail and quality control
Effective communication and teamwork
Basic computer skills
Awareness of site safety protocols

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Prior site experience is a plus but not mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
depending on experience
Professional work environment and on-site training

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
