Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Jaipur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone to promote the company's services, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining records of client interactions, and developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, they will work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet predefined sales goals and support ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills to efficiently interact with potential clients.
• Proficiency in lead generation, sales pitching, and closing deals via phone conversations.
• Ability to maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle targets efficiently.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
• Expertise in using basic office productivity tools and knowledge of sales frameworks is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
