Job Description

Key responsibilities

Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain product features and benefits, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
Inbound call handling: Answer incoming calls to assist customers, provide information, and handle complaints professionally.
Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and achieve sales objectives.
Data management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and update customer information in a CRM system.
Customer service: Resolve customer issues and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Compliance: Adhere to company scripts, policies, and guidelines.

Essential skills and qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills are crucial.
Customer focus: Ability to build positive relationships with customers and handle rejections professionally.
Computer proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations.
