Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly professional Telesales Executive to promote and sell our digital marketing and branding packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client needs and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our digital marketing and branding packages
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service plans
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Represent the company professionally and build positive customer relationships

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads
• Smart, professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
