About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and motivated Telesales Executive to handle inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK and USA, introducing them to Dubai’s real estate investment opportunities.

Your primary objective will be to identify interest, qualify leads, and book appointments with Ameet (Founder).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company.
• Conduct occasional cold calling to potential clients in the UK & USA.
• Clearly explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities.
• Assess interest level and qualify prospects.
• Schedule appointments/calls with Ameet for serious prospects.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM with lead status.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
• Provide professional and friendly customer engagement.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Based in Jaipur.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Clear, confident, pleasant phone voice.
• Minimum 2 years of telesales / telecalling experience, ideally with international calling exposure.
• Experience speaking with clients from UK, USA, or other international markets is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools (advantage).
