Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to tour packages via phone, email, and in-person. Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups. Promote and sell domestic travel packages (specially Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, etc.). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and destinations offered by the company. Coordinate with the reservations and operations team for smooth customer experiences. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/database. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and trade fairs when required.
