Job Description

Profile Name: Tele-Sales Experience: 0-2 Years Budget: 15k - 18k per month. Position Type: Executive Contractual. Location: Jaipur Job Responsibility: Do outbound calling to dealers. Accurately document all lead interactions and new lead information in the CRM system, ensuring 100% data accuracy and completeness. Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets. Maintain a strong lead conversion rate by effectively engaging leads, identifying prospect needs, and closing sales in line with company goals. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services. Resolve any technical issues and ensure customers are satisfied with our solutions. Ensure leads are directed to the correct salesperson and ensure that no lead is neglected. Follow up on all routed leads within 3 days to track their progress and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate data and provide timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback. Qualification: BA/BSc/B.com etc. Skills: Good Communication Skills (Verbal).
