We work closely with architects, interior designers, and builders to bring thoughtful craftsmanship and materials into real projects. We are looking for a motivated, energetic telecaller / business development executive who can help us reach the right people, follow up consistently, and create opportunities. 🧠  Role & Responsibilities Calling architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders Pitching OSERA Living’s concept (we will train you fully) Fixing appointments and inviting them to visit our studio Following up with existing contacts & maintaining data Creating a basic pipeline of potential clients Assisting with WhatsApp outreach, email outreach & CRM updates Scraping and collecting new data from directories and online sources Coordinating walk-ins and assisting with studio visits occasionally 🎯  Who Should Apply We want someone who is: Persistent Good at communication (English/Hindi/Tamil) Not scared to talk to new people Organised and consistent Willing to learn the design/architecture industry Hungry for incentives and career growth No degree requirement. Freshers with confidence can also apply. Experience in telecalling / real estate / interiors is a plus. 💰  Salary & Incentives Base Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 (depends on communication skills & experience) Incentives: You earn EXTRA for every designer visit, and EXTRA for every project converted. There is no earning limit.
