Telesales Executive

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's revenue growth by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services using prepared scripts.
• Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries, resolving their issues or directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and update a detailed, accurate customer database (CRM system) with call records, sales, and relevant information.
• Go the "extra mile" to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle grievances and overcome customer objections professionally to preserve the company's reputation. Requirements and Skills
• Proficiency in English and hindi. Knowledge of an additional language like tamil is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and consultation skills with a track record of successfully meeting sales targets. Benefits
