Job Title: Tele Caller Executive / Client Relationship Manager Location: Delhi NCR / Gujarat / Punjab / West Bengal / Mumbai Department: Sales / Customer Support / Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing information about products/services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English and Hindi]. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
