Job Description

As a Telesales Executive at EchoPeak Solutions, you will play a crucial role in generating leads through calls for the UK process. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through outbound calls - Communicate effectively with potential clients - Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Utilize lead generation and sales techniques effectively - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Experience in international customer handling (Voice) for 6 months to 3 years ONLY - Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills - Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus - Preferably someone who can commute to the office daily EchoPeak Solutions is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company based in Udupi, specializing in sales outsourcing, lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, and customer support.
