EchoPeak Solutions is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that provides a range of services including sales outsourcing, telemarketing, appointment setting, and customer support.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Udupi for a Lead Generation Executive. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include prospecting, engaging with potential clients, setting up appointments, and providing support to the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, over calls
This is for an HR-tech company (client side).
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a BPO or sales environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field
