Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Calling Clients: Make outgoing calls to current and potential clients. Share information about salon services, offers, discounts, and packages. Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments as per client preferences and salon availability. Reschedule or cancel bookings as required. Client Follow-ups: Call clients after their visit for feedback. Remind clients about upcoming or regular services (e.g., haircuts, facials, etc.). Service Promotion/Cross Promotions: Promote memberships, loyalty programs, seasonal offers, and new services. Upsell or cross-sell services based on client interest and history. Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the salon’s software system. Keep a record of calls, bookings, and feedback. Customer Support: Handle incoming calls for queries, complaints, or service information. Provide clear and friendly communication to resolve client issues. Team Coordination: Coordinate with salon staff to check appointment availability. Notify staff of VIP clients or special requests. Sales Target: Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment booking targets. Support marketing campaigns with follow-up calls.
