Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Webinars & Workshop Courses

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our webinar programs, online workshops, and skill-based courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into participants by clearly communicating the benefits of our learning experiences, handling inquiries, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to leads interested in online learning programs.
· Promote upcoming webinars, workshops, and digital courses to potential customers.
· Understand the features, curriculum, and benefits of each course to confidently address customer questions.
· Follow up with warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert interest into registrations.
· Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM systems.
· Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrolment targets.
· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth registration process.
· Collect feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and strategy.
Requirements:
· Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
· 1–2 years of telesales or EdTech sales experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
· Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
· Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
· Passion for education and helping individuals grow.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
· Fluency in English and Hindi (or regional language, if applicable).
