Job Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters). Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges. Provide basic information and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries. Support administrative and HR tasks as assigned. 🧩 Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant and professional personality. Multitasking and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
