Job Title: Receptionist Location: D.E.W Electrical Services Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling front desk responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner · Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls · Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition · Provide basic and accurate information to clients and guests · Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms · Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries · Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning · Coordinate with internal departments as necessary · Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges · Handle basic administrative support tasks as assigned Requirements: · Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Professional attitude and appearance · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities · Customer service attitude Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Salary: As per company policy
