Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our team and drive sales through effective telephone-based outreach. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and database management. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, addressing their needs and providing information about product features and benefits. Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers about products and services, reporting insights to the sales management team. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.Strong communication and negotiation skills
