Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of conversations and sales, meeting sales targets, and participating in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
