Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through customer interactions, handling inquiries, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will manage outbound and inbound calls, build relationships with potential customers, address inquiries or concerns, and meet sales targets while maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address inquiries and provide assistance
• Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a goal-driven environment
• Collaboration and team participation abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry
• Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
