We specialize in precision AC services for IT cooling required for data centers and server rooms. Currently, we maintain over 10,000 tons of air-conditioning units under AMC and are executing new projects. Role Description • Promote and sell HVAC systems, including Blue Star products, to new and existing clients. • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales deals. • Develop strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and end customers. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable HVAC solutions. • Coordinate with design and project teams for technical submissions and BOQs. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred) Experience: 2–5 years in HVAC sales, preferably with exposure to Blue Star or similar brands. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, ductable units, VRF, etc.). Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India Proven track record of achieving sales targets Valid driving license (preferred) Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
