Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and persuading them to purchase services. Daily tasks include lead generation, delivering excellent customer service, handling queries, and providing comprehensive customer support. The role requires achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate sales records, and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and explain services
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support to address and solve client concerns
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to achieve targets and drive results
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on-site environment in Gurugram
• Positive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in telesales or the healthcare industry is an added advantage
