Job Description

Job Title: Placement Officer Job Band: E2 Department: Operations Reporting To: Manager Direct Reports: 5–6 Working Days: 6 Days/Week Key Responsibilities: Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates. Build and manage relationships with existing and new booking offices. Maintain and engage a strong supply partner base for seamless matchmaking. Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams. Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues. Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets. Candidate Requirements: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
