Telesales Executive

A telesales job involves interacting with customers over the phone to promote products or services, gather information, or resolve issues. They can make outbound calls to generate leads and sales or handle inbound calls to assist customers. Essentially, they are the voice of a company, building relationships and driving business through phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls: Tele-callers often contact potential customers to introduce them to products or services, follow up on leads, or generate new business.
• Handling inbound calls: They answer customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues over the phone.
• Generating leads: They identify potential customers and gather information to qualify them for sales efforts.
• Providing customer service: Telecallers address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Product knowledge: They need to be knowledgeable about the products or services they are promoting and be able to answer customer questions.
• Maintaining records: They document call interactions, customer data, and follow-up actions.

Essential Skills:

• Communication skills: Clear, articulate, and persuasive communication is crucial for engaging with customers.
• Interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and handle objections are essential.
• Active listening: Paying close attention to customer inquiries and concerns is vital for providing effective support.
• Persuasion and closing: Telecallers need to be able to convince customers to take action, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
• Computer skills: They may need to use CRM software, call logs, and other computer-based tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
