Job Description

A Real Estate Telecaller's primary responsibility is to generate leads and sales by contacting potential and existing clients via phone, providing information about properties, and scheduling appointments. They act as a crucial link between the company and potential buyers, converting inquiries into property sales or rentals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify potential buyers.
  • Client Interaction:Handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide information about properties, address inquiries, and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Support:Assisting the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling property viewings, and following up with clients to close deals.
  • Database Management:Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, updating databases, and managing client information.
  • Property Promotion:Explaining the features and benefits of properties to clients, highlighting their unique selling points.
  • Customer Service:Addressing customer queries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
  • Sales Skills:Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
  • Customer Service Skills:Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Product Knowledge:Quickly learning and understanding real estate project details to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Time Management:Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing leads, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving:Addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency:Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client data and track interactions.
  • Teamwork:Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
