Position: Telecaller (Female)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Siliguri
Salary: AS PER COMPANY NORMS

Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a smart and dynamic female Telecaller with at least one year of experience in target-based calling. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of generating and converting maximum leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Explain products/services and generate interest.
Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular contact.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain a record of calls and relevant feedback in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a strong focus on lead generation.
Confident, smart, and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Work Location: In person
