Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to generate leads, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, explaining solar solutions, handling customer queries, and converting prospects into clients.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
Excellent interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in working with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector is an advantage
Diploma, Degree or higher educational qualification
