Job Description

As a Telesales & Customer Service Executive working in a remote setting, your main role will be to promote and sell credit card products, handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Here are the key responsibilities you will be expected to fulfill: - Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets - Conduct telesales activities aimed at meeting sales goals without mis-selling - Contact potential and existing customers to promote banking products - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions - Cross-sell and upsell products to increase revenue opportunities - Follow verification policies and adhere to all regulatory and bank guidelines - Maintain accurate records and update internal systems after each customer interaction - Ensure timely follow-up with customers to close leads - Attend daily team huddles and meet team commitments - Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently - Compile daily/monthly reports and maintain MIS - Work closely with team leaders, product managers, and operations to streamline sales performance Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate from a recognized university - 1-2 years of experience in a similar telesales or customer service environment preferred - Strong sales and customer orientation with excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - Analytical mindset with good computer proficiency - Team player with a result-driven attitude - Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing work environments In this role, you will work remotely in a call center environment and collaborate with team leaders, inbound/outbound managers, and product managers. You will also need to adhere to internal control parameters and audit policies of the bank.
