Telesales Agent

About the Role:

We are hiring Telecaller Agents to connect with potential participants, customers, and leads. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain our offerings (product/event/service), answer questions, and convince them to take action — such as registering, purchasing, or visiting.

This is a performance-based role best suited for confident communicators with a persuasive and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads, contacts, or cold prospects from the database
• Share accurate information about the product/event (e.g., Beast Drive Rally)
• Convince potential participants/customers to register, attend, or purchase
• Answer queries politely and resolve doubts
• Follow up with interested leads and update status regularly
• Maintain call logs, lead records, and performance reports using Excel or CRM
• Work as part of the marketing or sales team to meet daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
• Clear and confident voice with a polite approach
• Strong convincing and listening abilities
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Forms
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
• Availability to work in flexible shifts (if required)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales
• Knowledge of the product/event (training will be provided)
• Own laptop/smartphone (for remote work)

Pay: ₹9,300.94 - ₹41,956.77 per month
